That’s why we offer free shipping on all orders to the UK mainland, along with prompt processing and reliable tracking. Below is our detailed shipping policy, designed to give you peace of mind and full transparency about our shipping process.
Shipping Destinations & Costs
Shipping Destinations: We currently ship only to addresses within the mainland United Kingdom (England, Scotland, and Wales). At this time, we do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, or any international destinations.
Shipping Cost: Free Standard Shipping on all orders within mainland UK. No minimum purchase is required – every eligible order ships free of charge.

Order Processing Time
We strive to process your order as quickly as possible. All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Processing time includes order verification, product quality checks, and packaging. Once your order is prepared and ready to go, we will hand it off to our shipping partner for dispatch. You’ll receive a notification as soon as your order has been shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
After dispatch, delivery to mainland UK addresses usually takes approximately 3–5 business days. While most customers can expect to receive their package within about a week of placing an order (processing + shipping time), please keep in mind that delivery times are estimates. Occasionally, factors beyond our control (such as courier delays or weather disruptions) can affect shipping speeds. Rest assured, such instances are rare, and the vast majority of orders arrive within the 3–5 business day window after dispatch.
Order Tracking
For your peace of mind, tracking is provided with every order. Once your order ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to follow your package’s journey via our ParcelPanel tracking portal . This user-friendly tracking system provides real-time updates on your delivery status, so you’ll always know where your order is and when to expect it. If you have any trouble accessing your tracking information or have questions about the status of your shipment, our customer support team is here to help. Never hesitate to reach out – we want you to feel confident and informed every step of the way.
P.O. Boxes & Remote Addresses
Please note that we currently require a physical street address for delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses at this time. Additionally, deliveries to certain remote or outlying areas of the UK (for example, some far rural locations or islands) may not be supported by our couriers or could experience longer transit times. If you’re unsure whether your address is eligible, feel free to contact us to double-check. In the event an order is placed to an unsupported address, we will reach out to you as soon as possible to discuss alternate arrangements or provide a full refund. Our goal is to ensure that every order reaches its destination safely and in a timely manner.
Future Shipping Expansion
We understand that SomniBreathe has fans and potential customers outside of the UK mainland, and we’re excited to serve you in the future. Expanding our shipping coverage is a priority for us. We are actively working on logistical solutions to deliver to additional regions beyond mainland UK. This includes exploring shipping options for Northern Ireland, other UK territories, and eventually international destinations. While we don’t have a concrete date for when these options will be available, please know that our team is working hard to make it happen. We truly appreciate your interest and patience.
