At SomniBreathe, we want you to sleep easy — and that starts with confidence in your purchase. That’s why we offer a 30-night money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you're welcome to request a refund or replacement within 30 days of receiving your order.
Returns Policy
Due to the personal nature of our products, used items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. However, we're happy to help if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective
- You received the wrong product
- You're unsatisfied and have tried the product for at least 14 nights
We’ll make it right with a refund or replacement — no hassle.
Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible under our 30-night guarantee:
✔ You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
✔ Provide a photo of the item and proof of purchase
✔ Product must have been used according to instructions
✔ For general dissatisfaction, we ask that you try the product for at least 14 nights before requesting a refund
Items Not Eligible for Return
Please note, for hygiene and safety, we do not accept returns of:
- ❌ Used mouthpieces or oral products
- ❌ Items that have been opened and custom-fitted
- ❌ Sale items or gift cards
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace it free of charge. Just email us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item and packaging
- A brief explanation of the issue
We'll take care of the rest.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement

- Include your order number and reason for the request
- We’ll respond with return or replacement instructions
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days of approval
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us for an update.
European Union Customers
If your order was shipped to an EU address, you’re entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. That means you can cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason. To qualify:
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
- Hygiene restrictions still apply
